Louisville Middle School would like to include a Drone Curriculum as part of an elective class (Audio Visual and Outdoor Classroom). This curriculum would entail a number of projects ranging from filming sporting events/practices, creating positive promotional videos for our school system, working with area farmers to demonstrate how drones can be used to test irrigation systems, and eventually help interested students become certified drone pilots by the time they reach 16 years of age. Students will create mini videos for the class in a controlled/guided project so that students will have the opportunity to direct and have ownership in the finished product.
